We replace it with the same piece, or refund the amount, whichever you prefer.<\/p>\n Our mistake in dispatch, or damage in transit: send a photo and the studio sorts it out at its own cost. You pay no shipping in that situation.<\/p>\n If the package arrives visibly damaged, it is worth refusing delivery in front of the courier and letting us know.
